HPLD libraries have computers with free Internet access and access to:
•Windows 10
•Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access and OneNote
•Chrome
•Internet Explorer
You can use a computer for 60 minutes at any of our locations by entering your library card barcode into the computer or by reserving a computer at the PC Reservation Station.
You may be able to extend your session for additional time if the computer is not booked by others.
Internet usage is not tracked, and all usage data is erased when the session expires.
All HPLD locations offer free wireless access to the Library’s WiFi network. Getting online is quick and simple. All you need is a wireless device such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The Library’s network is open to all visitors free of charge. No special settings, usernames or passwords are required.
