Quarterly Accessibility Update

January 2025
Public website content – District generated: As of August 13, 2024 the public website (https://www.mylibrary.us) work continues and is ongoing to align content with current requirements.
Online catalog: The District is finalizing how to introduce the new online catalog. The District will be keeping the current version as the default point of access with an adaptive technology readable link to the accessible version near the top of the page. The new catalog remains on schedule to be introduced January 2025.
Public video content: Revisions to the training on captioning and transcribing meetings is being made. The anticipated rollout to staff has been pushed back to late Q1 2025.
October 2024
District-generated public website content: As of August 13, 2024 the public website (https://www.mylibrary.us) work continues and is ongoing to align content with current requirements
Online catalog: The District is working with our catalog provider to install an interface that has improved accessibility over the current version. The new catalog is on schedule to be introduced January 2025.
Public video content: Options for transcription for new video content created has been researched. New video content will include transcription, if it does not already, by end of Q1, 2025.
