Centennial Park Branch Library
The Centennial Park Branch Library is a neighborhood library
with services for all ages. There are approximately 97,000
items in the collection. Unique to this library is the Teen
Research Center which assists students, grades 5-12, from area
schools with their research assignments. Community volunteers
staff the Center from September through May. Centennial Park
Branch also houses the High Plains Library District’s Genealogy
collection. The Genealogy Desk is staffed with volunteers in
partnership with the Weld County Genealogical Society. The
Society contributes more than 750 volunteer hours each year
assisting customers with their genealogical research. The Centennial
Park Branch also has a strong emphasis on services to children.
The children’s room features kid friendly spaces and
activities and a very unique apple shaped storytime theater.
The Centennial Park Branch also features a small meeting room
which is available for community use. |
